    حمض البنزويك الخالص عبارة عن بلورات بيضاء يمكن تحضيره في المختبر وفق برتوكول تجريبي معين.

    يهتم الجزء الأول من هذا التمرين بتحديد النسبة المائوية لحمض البنزويك الخالص الموجود في عينة محضرة من طرف كيميائي في المختبر، أما الجزء الثاني فيهتم بتحضير إستر انطلاقا من حمض البنزويك.
